Lead a High-Performing Sales Team in the UKI Region

InterSystems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to spearhead our growth in the United Kingdom and Ireland. This role presents an exciting opportunity to build and manage a successful sales team, driving new business opportunities for our innovative IRIS Data Platform across key industry sectors.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the UKI market.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, positioning InterSystems solutions as valuable assets.
  • Lead a team of talented sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive individual and collective success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within strategic vertical sectors, leveraging your deep understanding of the software industry landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay abreast of emerging market trends and technological advancements, adapting sales strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing high-performing sales teams within the software industry.
  • Extensive experience in selling complex technical solutions to enterprise clients, particularly within Financial Services and Supply Chain & Logistics sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a data-driven approach to sales management.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
