Job Title: Sales Director - Data Platform

About the Role:

Tangent International is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Data Platform sales efforts in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase visibility and revenue growth in the UK market.
  • Lead a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including financial services and supply chain & logistics companies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute value propositions and campaigns for our data platform products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in the financial services and supply chain & logistics sectors.
  • Work closely with our product team to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Hybrid work model - committing to 3 days per week in the office.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing and building a sales organization to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Extensive knowledge of the software industry, with expertise in the financial services and supply chain & logistics sectors.
  • Demonstrated leadership in energizing and coordinating a team of sales executives and technical experts to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue streams from partners and develop strong account development skills.
  • Proven ability to present effectively at the board level.

What We Offer:

Tangent International offers a competitive salary of £230,000-£250,000, as well as a range of benefits that can be discussed during the interview process.
