We are looking for a seasoned National Account Manager to join our sales team at Vertical Advantage. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by exceeding Net Sales, Trade Spend, and Marginal Income targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, aligning their needs with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Category, and Trade Marketing teams to deliver successful brand activations.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in account management or sales within the FMCG sector.
  • Familiarity with Health & Beauty brands or Discount/Wholesale channels is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles, including budget management, negotiation, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and ongoing development opportunities.
