Gibson Hollyhomes is an International Law Firm specialising in their field. We are currently seeking a Senior Administrator to join our team in Leeds City Centre/Hybrid Working.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a Legal or Professional Services environment, including Financial Services, Banking or Insurance. Responsibilities will include assisting with invoicing and billing clients, answering phones and taking messages for the team, diary management, booking travel and accommodation, writing letters and emails to clients, updating and amending the internal system, and producing documents using Word, Excel and Adobe.

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, able to manage and prioritise workload, and comfortable working towards deadlines. Previous administration experience ideally in a Legal or Professional environment is essential.

Salary and Benefits

This is a permanent position with a salary range of £25,500 per annum, based on location and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a dynamic and supportive team environment.
