Lettings Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Lettings Administrator to join our team at LRA Search. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new clients and managing their files
  • Coordinating with vendors and external professionals to arrange marketing photos and floorplans
  • Preparing and sending contracts to clients
  • Managing social media and creating templated marketing material
  • Providing general office management and administration duties

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Reapit software and other administrative tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
