We are seeking a skilled Lettings Administrator to join our team at LRA Search. As a key member of our lettings department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and successful running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the negotiators with tenancy paperwork, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide general office administration, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Assist with contract amendments and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Upload marketing details and maintain our online presence.
  • Verify compliance and booking checks to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Manage key handling and maintain the security of our properties.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administration role, preferably within the property sector.
  • Experience with Vevo/Reapit is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
Package:
  • Salary: £30,000 + discretionary bonus.
  • 5 days per week in the office in Kennington.
  • Pension scheme.
