We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Lettings Administrator to join our team at LRA Search. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administration for the lettings team, including onboarding new clients, processing checks, and arranging marketing materials.
  • Request and verify Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documents and forms, and conduct AML checks on vendors.
  • Compile property particulars and send them to vendors for approval.
  • Upload properties to the internet and order 'to let' boards.
  • Send sales memorandums and take incoming calls.
  • Pass incoming email leads to negotiators and keep client files updated using Reapit software.
  • Perform general office management and administration duties, including scanning, filing, and photocopying.
  • Create templated marketing material, such as flyers, and manage social media.
  • Send contracts to clients, liaise with vendors and external professionals, and send invoices to head office.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Outgoing, empathetic, and able to liaise with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • A competitive salary of £25-30k, plus a £1k bonus and opportunity to earn commission after one year in service.
