Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Worcester. The successful candidate will have proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role, with a strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing strategies to meet client needs, and identifying new sales opportunities within the current client base.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A competitive base salary of $60,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses, is on offer.
