Customer Service Advisor Position
Nemco Limited is a leading manufacturer of electronics, committed to delivering world-class products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, providing admin support across the business, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Managing and tracking customer accounts, including sales orders and amendments.
- Providing customer order book reports and participating in customer meetings.
- Processing new customer quotations, completing costed BOMs, and updating CRM with prospects and opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a Customer Service or Sales position, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers by phone and email.
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.
- Enthusiasm, drive, and a commitment to ensuring customer needs and expectations are met.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills, essential for agreeing delivery dates.
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
