We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Redditch. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, face-to-face visits, and other outreach efforts
  • Negotiate deals and contracts with clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
