NIRAS UK Grant Administrator Job Description

This role involves supporting the administration of grant funds as part of a successful team. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial claims, applications and reports for grant funds.
  • Communicate with applicants on application progress and provide necessary support.
  • Manage grant applications and reports, ensuring timely submission from applicants and projects.
  • Oversee project finances, including claim approval against criteria and documentation checks.
  • Proofread and quality assure written reports for formatting, grammar, and logical arguments.
  • Evaluate applications against pre-agreed criteria and synthesize feedback for applicants.
  • Provide global support to applicants and projects.
  • Collate data to assist in client requirements responses.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on competitive grant schemes and have strong attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy skills.
