About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grant Administrator to join our team at NIRAS UK.

This role will involve working as part of an established team to support the administration of grant funds, including processing financial claims, applications and reports. Key responsibilities include communicating with applicants on application progress, managing financial data, and proofreading written reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on competitive grant schemes and possess strong communication skills across all levels of the organization. A keen interest in financial processes associated with grants is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support overall administration of grant funds, including processing financial claims, applications and reports.
  • Communicate with applicants on the progress of their applications.
  • Manage financial data related to projects.
  • Proofread and quality assure written reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of working on competitive grant schemes.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
