Job Title: Logistics and Administrative Specialist

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Logistics and Administrative Specialist to support our daily operations at the depot, focusing on logistics and administrative tasks.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, experience in data entry and record-keeping, and a willingness to learn new systems.

You will work closely with our team to maintain accurate records, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations at the depot, including logistics and administrative tasks.
  • Enter and manage data accurately to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with customers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in data entry and record-keeping, and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
