About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Security Sales to drive our corporate sales strategy and achieve revenue targets. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and cultivating strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, creating a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving the acquisition and retention of corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to track performance metrics, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth.
