Adult Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Adult Support Professional to join our team in the Flintshire region. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with autism in a caring and nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a big heart and passion for making a difference in the lives of our residents. With patience, resilience, and calmness, you will create fun and fulfilling days with our occupants, helping them to develop independent life skills and pursue their interests.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for safeguarding our residents at all times, assisting and transporting them to activities and hobbies, and maintaining accurate records of their progress.
