About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our team in Pen-Y-Bryn, Flintshire. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a crucial role in managing our in-house clinical team and working collaboratively with our Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for clinically leading the team, holding a therapy caseload, and coordinating the line management of the onsite clinical team. You will work closely with our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our adults who may present with complex profiles of need.

This is an exciting opportunity for a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach and ability to make decisions, manage their own workload, and supervise others. You will contribute to staff training and consultation, supporting the integration of our service within our day-to-day operations.

Requirements
  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
  • Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of a relevant professional body
  • Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
  • Clear and concise report writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
