We are seeking a highly skilled Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment, consultation, and intervention plans for our adults. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference and implement a holistic, therapeutic approach.
As a Practitioner Psychologist, you will be responsible for holding a small caseload alongside other clinicians, with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable Clinical Team. You will also contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. This is a challenging and rewarding role that would suit a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload.
Our Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment where our adults can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything we do. We strive for excellence in looking after our adults, and we are looking for a Practitioner Psychologist who shares our vision; to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable adults in the UK to be happy and to make their way in the world.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver bespoke assessment, consultation, and intervention plans for our adults
* Hold a small caseload alongside other clinicians
* Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
* Work collaboratively with the Clinical Team to deliver high-quality services
Requirements
* Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
* Registered with the HCPC and own professional body
* Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
* Experience of working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
* Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically
* Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
* Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
* Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults
