Early Years Educator Lead

Job DescriptionAs an Early Years Educator Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to design and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality educational programs
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive learning environment
- Monitoring and assessing child progress
- Developing and maintaining relationships with parents and carers
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A recognized qualification in early childhood education, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 diploma
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
