About the Role:

At Lifelancer, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Endocrine Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects in drug development from early-stage discovery through regulatory approval and market launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing complex projects
  • Create and manage detailed development plans that account for all phases of drug development across RD functions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure project success
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and development progress
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines
  • Coordinate regulatory submissions and manage project budgets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science, project management, or business discipline
  • 10+ years of biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences project management experience, with at least 5 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in drug development, particularly in endocrine and rare diseases
  • Prior experience with IND, NDA, and MAA submissions
  • Demonstrated understanding of the drug development process and key disciplines involved
  • Strong knowledge of drug development regulations and project management tools and techniques
  • Project management professional (PMP) certification preferred
