About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Hwb Dyffryn. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism to live their lives with as much independence, choice, dignity, and control as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical and emotional support to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities.
- Support individuals to develop their skills and achieve their goals in various areas, including hair and nail salon, IT, upcycling, and sewing and crafts.
- Assist with household tasks and personal care, as well as supporting individuals with healthcare needs and taking medication.

Requirements
- A positive attitude to life and a desire to support individuals to live their lives with as much independence, choice, dignity, and control as possible.

- Basic computer literacy, as the role requires you to retrieve and record information using various IT systems.
