Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Hft, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities, promoting independence and choice.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, household chores, and medication management.
- Enable individuals to engage in leisure and social activities, promoting social inclusion and community integration.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective support delivery.
- A Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to undertake training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
