IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team at Darwin Escapes. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional IT services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an IT Support role.
- Exposure to Active Directory and/or O365 administration.
- Experience supporting PCs, laptops, mobile phones and printers.
- An understanding of basic networking and security concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
