User Experience Lead Role

We are seeking a talented User Experience Lead to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of user interfaces for an unannounced project.

Our studio is home to multiple game development teams, as well as a film and motion capture studio, a board game division, and a publishing arm that produces comics and graphic novels. We are proud of our open, friendly, and creative atmosphere, and we encourage innovation in all areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of UI artists and designers and help shape the vision and aesthetic of our project from the ground up. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary leadership team to inspire and guide your team to deliver high-quality UI solutions.

As a seasoned professional in the UI/UX field, you will bring your expertise in data analysis and user behavior to inform your design decisions. You will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a UX strategy for the project, working closely with the Design team to shape the UX vision.
  • Lead the UI team and drive the design and implementation of user interfaces for the project.
  • Mentor and support UI designers, artists, and technical designers to deliver high-quality UI solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external partners.

We offer a salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 26 days holiday, private medical insurance, life assurance, and enhanced pension scheme.
