South East Territory Business Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Business Developer to lead the sales efforts in the South East region, focusing on metal cutting tools for the Manufacturing, Automotive, and Aerospace sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Grow and maintain a strong network of customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the metal cutting tools industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £42,000 - £44,000, plus a performance-based bonus and a company car. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
