About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our CEO Office, providing critical support to the Group CEO in managing key strategic projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including preparing papers, presentations, and research on key strategic projects.
  • Manage and monitor key activities and projects, ensuring timely progress and escalation of matters as required.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of Quilter's business strategy, ensuring alignment with functional business plans.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
