Apex Talent Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the Real Estate industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and efficient Executive PA/Senior level PA to support the Chief Executive.

This role will suit a Legal Secretary who would like to leave the legal profession and join a dynamic and growing company providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fully support the CEO with diary management ensuring their day is coordinated effectively
  • Monitor emails to ensure critical tasks are flagged and dealt with promptly
  • Email dictation and preparation of correspondence
  • Compile reports or retrieve company documents or information as requested
  • General secretarial and administrative support
  • Effectively keep track of outstanding tasks and maintain 'to-do' lists to assist with prioritization
  • Balance the CEO's workload between various businesses and projects
  • Be reactive to business or personal requests as they arise
  • Work with discretion and confidentiality, acting as gatekeeper to the CEO
  • Manage Junior Business Assistant

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, Executive PA, or PA to a senior manager in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
  • Skilful at MS Office and typing speed of at least 50 wpm
  • Able to work full-time from the office Monday-Friday
  • A career-oriented individual willing to go above and beyond
  • Highly presentable and polished

We estimate the salary range for this position to be £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
