Experienced Teacher for SEMH Support Role

TimePlan Education is recruiting a skilled teacher to work with students who require additional support due to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role requires a passion for supporting students with SEMH and a strong understanding of the challenges they face.
Responsibilities include delivering tailored teaching, creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with other professionals to develop individualised support plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with students with SEMH needs and excellent behaviour management skills.
Requirements:
• QTS or equivalent qualification
• Experience working with SEMH students in a primary school setting
• Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
• Commitment to promoting mental health and well-being
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per year.
This figure is subject to variation based on factors such as location and qualifications.
