SEMH Specialist

TimePlan Education is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a primary school setting. This role requires a strong commitment to helping students manage their behaviour and develop essential social and emotional skills.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in providing individualised support to students, implementing tailored behaviour management strategies, and working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting students with SEMH needs on a one-to-one and small group basis.
- Implementing behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students' needs.
- Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- Providing emotional support to students, encouraging resilience, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Monitoring and tracking progress, providing feedback to staff and parents.
