Job Title: Inclusive Education Professional

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Description: As an Inclusive Education Professional at TimePlan Education, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualised support plans, monitoring student progress, and providing regular reports to parents, carers, and staff. You will also work closely with the SENCO and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students with SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor student progress and provide regular reports
  • Work closely with the SENCO and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, as well as proven experience working with children with SEMH needs in a primary school setting. Strong behaviour management skills, a calm, patient, and empathetic approach are also essential.
