Mental Health Education Support Professional

Job Summary:
Mental Health Teaching Assistants are sought after by EdEx to provide support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a highly regarded secondary school located in the London Borough of Islington.
About the Role:
We are looking for degree-level qualified individuals who have experience or awareness of working with young people with possible barriers to learning. The ideal candidate will work alongside a supportive inclusion staff, facilitating differentiation of tasks for students and working with small groups or individual students on specific tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to pupils with SEND and/or SEMH needs
- Work alongside a supportive inclusion staff
