Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Mental Health Specialist to provide mental health accommodation services for adults with severe and enduring mental ill health. The successful candidate will offer a clear and consistent pathway to independent living, empowering residents to look after themselves and manage their health.
The role involves arranging accommodation services as a pathway with three levels of support: residential care, high support, and medium support. You will focus on recovery, enabling residents to progress through the pathway as they become more independent.
