As a specialist in Building Services, you will play a key role in providing innovative and sustainable solutions for various projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and industrial.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, managing, and supervising assigned projects, establishing client briefs, technical requirements, scope of works, cost plans, and agreeing deliverables. You will work closely with our design team to produce sustainable coordinated designs for plumbing, water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems in various buildings.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and manage projects to ensure they meet client requirements and deadlines.
  2. Liaise with the design team to produce comprehensive designs for building services.
  3. Produce concept and detailed Public Health design drawings, specifications, reports, and schedules.
  4. Site supervision to completion, ensuring projects are undertaken in accordance with design briefs, budgets, and completion deadlines.
  5. Maintain compliance with British Standards, Building Regulations, CIBSE Guidelines, regulations, and industry standards.
  6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish rapport, maintain excellent client and project relationships, and contribute positively to design/project meetings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in domestic hot and cold water systems, grey and rainwater harvesting systems, above & below ground foul/waste water/drainage systems.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
