Job Overview
  We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at an outstanding 3-form entry primary school in Camden. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

  About the Role
  In this position, your time will be split between providing one-on-one support for students with SEN, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and assisting the class teacher with various tasks. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with primary-aged students and a good understanding of SEN.

  Your Responsibilities
  Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation
  Working 1:1, identifying and responding appropriately to challenging individual needs
  Ongoing training and support
  Providing a playful and enthusiastic approach to working with children with a wide range of needs and backgrounds
