Educational Support Professional

The Educational Support Professional will play a critical role in supporting students with special needs at beBee Professionals. This position requires a high level of emotional intelligence, patience, and creativity, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with students, teachers, and parents, ensuring a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Assist students in completing tasks and assignments, promoting independence and self-confidence.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions, staying informed about best practices in Special Education.
- A relevant associate's degree or certification in Special Education, demonstrating a strong understanding of teaching principles and practices.
- At least 2 years of experience working with children with special needs, showcasing a deep understanding of their requirements and challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling effective prioritization and task completion.
- A salary of approximately £30,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
