Education Assistant Professional

We are looking for a dedicated Special Needs Educational Assistant to join our team at BeBee Professionals in Islington. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide individualized support and help overcome learning barriers.
Job Summary:- Provide support to students with special educational needs, working collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
- Deliver one-on-one or small group support sessions to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Assist in developing and implementing IEPs for students, ensuring personalized plans are met.
- Proven experience working with children with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- High levels of patience, empathy, and understanding, with a passion for supporting students with special needs.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support, such as a teaching assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
