Human Resources Director

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Huntress in Maidstone. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to employees, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of call for employees, providing them with training and development information, career opportunities, and employee wellbeing
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment process, including liaison with departments and induction of new employees
- Foster a positive company culture and address employee concerns in a timely manner
- Oversee performance management processes and ensure compliance with Employment Laws and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a generalist HR professional, with a strong focus on solutions and a 'can-do' attitude. They will also have a good working knowledge of current employment law and be able to maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice.
Estimated Salary: The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
