We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Services Coordinator. This is a development role that requires a period of training and development to achieve the skills and knowledge to progress to a Contracts Officer role.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and validate contract monitoring reports on a monthly basis, investigating and resolving/escalating any data quality concerns and reporting any variance from contracted levels.
- Maintain contract and prices tariffs.
- Make changes/adjustments to contracts, liaising with the Contracts Manager as necessary.
- Understand Payment by Results and the National Tariff. Ensure activity is coded and recorded correctly and that activity is accurately reported to ensure maximum income from tariff.
- Produce and validate Non Contracted Activity (NCA) invoices, ensuring activity levels and values are appropriately invoiced and any resulting queries are resolved to assist timely payment of invoices.
- Produce and validate charging related to the Overseas Visitor Charging Regulations, ensuring appropriately invoiced and any resultant queries are resolved to assist timely payment of invoices.
- Develop and manage a system of active monitoring and tracking of NCA invoices raised, queried and paid, and be able to report on the current status of NCA invoices both on an ad hoc and routine basis.

- Previous relevant NHS experience.
