About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Marc Daniels. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small team of financial analysts to support the delivery of financial planning and analysis services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and finance teams.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Support the Corporate Director with M&A activity, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA with 2 years PQE.
  • Experience: 3-5 years FP&A or finance business partnering experience, with a track record of managing teams.
  • Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, experience in data modelling, and a commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
