About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Marc Daniels. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making and drive growth.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the CFO and Director of Group FP&A, to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a small team of financial analysts and planners to support growth, learning, and development.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across Group FP&A processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Investor Reporting: Prepare and present financial information to external investors, including quarterly and annual reports.
  • M&A Support: Provide financial due diligence and support for mergers and acquisitions, including target company evaluation and financial integration.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with 2 years PQE.
  • Experience: 3-5 years FP&A or finance business partnering experience, with a track record of managing teams.
  • Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, data modeling, and commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
