  • **Financial Reporting:** Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • **Team Management:** Lead and manage a small team of financial analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
  • **Process Improvement:** Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • **Stakeholder Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including the CFO and Director of Finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • **Financial Modeling:** Develop and maintain complex financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • **Capital Allocation:** Lead the capital allocation process, ensuring that investments are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and financial goals.
  • **Mergers and Acquisitions:** Support the Corporate Director with M&A activity, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger analysis.

**Requirements:**

  • **Qualifications:** Qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA with 2 years PQE.
  • **Experience:** 3-5 years FP&A or finance business partnering experience, with a track record of managing teams.
  • **Skills:** Strong stakeholder management skills, commercial mindset, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
