**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a talented FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial strategic planning and growth. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the Group Planning and Strategic team, driving the preparation of financial information for external Investor reporting, and managing a small team to support growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Provide Strategic Support:** Collaborate with the Group Planning and Strategic team to identify emerging themes and drive future value opportunities.
  • **Financial Reporting:** Drive the preparation of financial information for external Investor reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • **Team Management:** Manage a small team to support growth, learning, and development, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • **Process Improvement:** Drive continuous improvement across Group FP&A processes, leveraging business insights and scenario modeling to develop financial models and drive commercial decision-making.
  • **Capital Allocation:** Lead the capital allocation and investment process, consolidation, reporting, and ROI analysis, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • **M&A Support:** Support the Corporate Director with M&A activity, identifying and evaluating potential target companies, and supporting financial due diligence efforts.
  • **Integration Management:** Project manage the financial integration of acquisitions, working as a liaison between acquisition sponsors, Group finance, and operational finance functions.

**Requirements:**

  • **Qualifications:** Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with 2 years PQE.
  • **Experience:** 3-5 years FP&A or finance business partnering experience, with a track record of managing teams.
  • **Skills:** Strong stakeholder management skills, commercial mindset, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
