Job Description

A fantastic role for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager has arisen to join Marc Daniels, a leading company in the industry. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Financial Planning and Analysis Team: Provide support to the team in preparing financial information for external reporting, including Investor reporting.
  2. Drive Financial Planning and Analysis: Drive the preparation of financial information for external reporting, including Investor reporting.
  3. Month-End Process and Reporting: Support the month-end process and reporting, perform variance analysis on performance against company plan.
  4. Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Control, and Divisional Finance teams.
  5. Lead Financial Planning and Analysis Process: Lead and manage Financial Planning and Analysis process and outputs, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
  6. Capital Allocation and Investment: Lead capital allocation/investment process, consolidation, reporting, and ROI analysis.
  7. Support Corporate Director: Support the Corporate Director with M&A activity.
  8. Financial Due Diligence: Support financial due diligence efforts in potential mergers and acquisitions.
  9. Project Management: Project manage the financial integration of acquisitions, working as a liaison between acquisition sponsor, company finance, and operational finance functions.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: Qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA with 2 years PQE.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years FP&A or finance business partnering experience, with a track record of managing teams.
  3. Skills: Experience in data modelling, and simplifying complex data.
  4. Commercial Mindset: Commercial mindset with an ability to influence senior stakeholders.
