The Casual Sales Executive will be part of our Regional Commercial Team at Doncaster Racecourse, driving the commercial success of the region and wider group. This role will focus on upselling, account management, and driving repeat business, as well as proactive sales to existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise profit from current clients through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Respond to all enquiries in a professional and positive manner
- Manage bookings effectively using administrative systems
- Keep accurate sales pipeline reports to assist in site, regional, and group sales tracking and operational planning
- Prepare accurate contracts with appropriate pricing and timings, consistent with the commercial model
- Apply sales incentives to convert sales within commercial parameters
- Work closely with on-site coordinators to facilitate show-rounds and customer visits
