Confectionery Sales Executive

Powerforce is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our distribution network within the out-of-home (OOH) sector.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the OOH market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail outlets, restaurants, and other establishments
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with:
- Proven experience in sales within the OOH or foodservice industry
- A strong understanding of the confectionery market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A full, manual UK or international driving license held for at least 1 year
