JENKI is a leading brand in the hospitality and retail industry, offering a range of high-quality products that fuel people's daily lives. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help drive growth through developing and executing sales strategies.

About the Role

This role involves managing accounts and business development to establish and grow partnerships with cafes, restaurants, hotels, gyms, and retailers in both on-trade and off-trade capacities. You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, identifying and prioritizing key sectors to maximize sales opportunities and revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target various customer segments.
  • Establish partnerships with distributors, supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, and other relevant channels.

You will become an expert on matcha and its health benefits, providing training to partners to ensure a deep understanding of our products. Regular reports on sales performance, market penetration, and other relevant metrics will be generated.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of sales experience, especially in B2B product sales, are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage a CRM pipeline, identify potential clients and opportunities, research into companies, and deepen your understanding of the industry.
