Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Young Adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities Consultant to join our clinical team at Beam ABA Services. As an ABA Consultant, you will play a vital role in overseeing the assessment, design, and analysis of ABA programmes for young adults with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee assessment, design, and analysis of ABA programmes
  • Work directly in the field to support Behaviour Support Therapists and young people on your caseload
  • Train and support Behaviour Support Therapists
  • Lead programme development and implementation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field
  • BCBA qualification or working towards BCBA
  • Practical experience of working with young people with complex behavioural needs
  • Experience of managing teams and supervisory responsibilities

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £34,000-£39,000 per annum (pro-rata), and we offer a range of benefits, including 31 days' paid holiday per year, contribution to further professional training and development, BCBA supervision available, pension contribution, staff phone and laptop provided, and Employee Assistance Programme.
