Hospitality Support Staff

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hospitality Support Staff member. As part of our Events Staff team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences at various events.
Job Description:Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent guest assistance, including greeting guests warmly and providing information.
- Assisting in setup and breakdown procedures, including arranging furniture, setting tables, decorating, and preparing supplies.
- Serving food and drinks, refilling buffets, or assisting with table service, while ensuring guests' dietary requirements and preferences are met.
- Managing crowds, guiding guests, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries or requests and resolving issues quickly to maintain a positive experience.
- Tidying up and packing away equipment after the event, leaving the venue as required.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.
