Hospitality Support Staff

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hospitality Support Staff member. As part of our Events Staff team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences at various events.

Job Description:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing excellent guest assistance, including greeting guests warmly and providing information.
  2. Assisting in setup and breakdown procedures, including arranging furniture, setting tables, decorating, and preparing supplies.
  3. Serving food and drinks, refilling buffets, or assisting with table service, while ensuring guests' dietary requirements and preferences are met.
  4. Managing crowds, guiding guests, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
  5. Responding promptly to guest inquiries or requests and resolving issues quickly to maintain a positive experience.
  6. Tidying up and packing away equipment after the event, leaving the venue as required.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.
