Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  2. Operations Oversight: Oversee daily activities, including front desk operations, housekeeping, and food service.
  3. Event Coordination: Coordinate events and promotional activities to drive business growth.
  4. Financial Management: Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies while ensuring cost-effective practices.
  5. Staff Development: Train and mentor staff on best practices in hospitality and customer service.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.

Requirements:

  1. Hospitality Experience: Proven experience in a hospitality management role within a bar, club or restaurant setting.
  2. Time Management: Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  3. Purpose and Passion: A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
  4. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Salary Details:

  • Hourly Rate: £15.00 per hour.
  • Weekly Hours: 16 hours per week.
  • Bonus Scheme: Bonus scheme available.
  • Additional Pay: Commission pay, performance bonus, tips, and yearly bonus.
