Hospitality Assistant Professional

We seek a diligent and courteous professional to assist in the delivery of top-notch hospitality services.

The role plays a pivotal part in enhancing our guests' dining experience, offering exceptional service, and making their visit unforgettable.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Contribute to preparing and serving meals and drinks in a timely and polite manner.
  2. Maintain spotless conditions and organization in our dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer care by addressing client queries and resolving concerns professionally and promptly.
  4. Collaborate with the F&B team to carry out operational duties such as table settings and supplies replenishment.
  5. Co-ordinate and execute events and special functions with efficiency and precision.
  6. Ensure every area remains fully stocked and visually appealing at all times.
Requirements:
  1. Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector is preferred but not essential.
  2. Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Aptitude to function in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  4. Unwavering focus on quality and commitment to excellence.
  5. Flexibility to adapt to varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
