Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator at The Hospitality Club. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly, provide information, and ensure they have everything they need to enjoy the event.
  • Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging furniture, setting tables, decorating, and preparing supplies.
  • Serving Duties: Depending on the event, serve food and drinks, refill buffets, or assist with table service. Ensure guests' dietary requirements and preferences are met.
  • Crowd Management: Help manage crowds, guide guests, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Event Support: Respond promptly to any guest inquiries or requests and resolve any issues quickly to maintain a positive experience.
  • Post-Event Duties: Assist with tidying up and packing away equipment after the event, leaving the venue as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Teamwork & Adaptability: Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different roles as required.
